When I first met with Ms. Christensen about a cash offer for my house, she was very up front and told me that she may not be able to buy my house and if that becomes the case, she may be able to find me other buyers.

And she responded everything is not about money. To cut very long story short she made me an offer which was low compared to what I wanted and she said I am not an agent and this is all I am able to pay, and if you don’t like my offer and your permission I can help you get what or close to what you want.. few days later I got a callback with an offer and a closing date and rest was history.
