We bought this home from a family that was selling, because they were moving out of the country and they wanted to downsize. This home will be ready for rent, probably in another week or so, and we’ve done all the repairs now. The family didn’t have to go through the inspection process. They didn’t have to do any painting, really didn’t have to clean it out, although she did a great job. We’ve had it cleaned again, but they were able to just sell it as is, and focus on all the things that needed to be done to make that kind of move out of the country, as you can imagine.
